Bonnie came to CarePlus, Inc. in February 2018. Since 2001, she has worked in the Senior industry, helping clients remain in their homes as long as possible. She serves in the capacity of Billing Manager, Office Manager and Birthday wisher.

Having grown up in her Grandmother’s beauty shop, a B.A. in Communications, from UNC – Greensboro, and over 40 years of customer service experience, she finds the human connection to be a vital part of care and a necessity to keep the spirits up.

She resides in eastern Silver Spring with her musician husband, Gary. She enjoys a good cup of tea, the arts, nature’s vast beauty and the comforts of home.

Agartha joined CarePlus in June of 2012 as a CNA. Through hard work and persistence, she was promoted to a Staffing Coordinator in Spring 2018. Agartha is always flexible and eager to help and work with others. She takes pride in her job as a Staffer and in helping the elderly around her to ensure that they are well taken care of.

Agartha is married with three young daughters and says “I love working with CarePlus because I can help people in need as it is something I’ve been taught growing up. CarePlus is my second home! All the staff members are easy to get along with and very helpful. Coming to the office as a Staffer, I’ve learned so much and improved so many skills that I didn’t think I’d be able to achieve. Thank you for having me as a team CarePlus!” In her spare time, Agartha likes cooking and decorating.

We are excited to welcome Linda Sperling as our Community Outreach Director. She brings passion to the Home Health Care industry that is drawn from her own experiences of caring for a loved one with dementia. Linda understands the importance of all aspects of aging in place from coordinating care to meal preparations, to organizing and maintaining health records. Linda will lead our Flex-Care initiative throughout Montgomery County and will establish community partnerships.

When asked what makes her most proud to work with Care Plus: “I thrive on challenges and am passionate about identifying solutions that lessen the burden to others. I find comfort and take pride in the success achieved by helping people find balance and stability in their lives. The quality of care, support, and compassion that Care Plus demonstrates, not only within the company but also to its caregivers and clients, makes me proud to be a part of this organization.” A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Linda resides in Potomac, Maryland with her husband of over 50 years and their rescue dog, Jack. She enjoys golf and canasta and loves spending time with her family. She especially loves visits with her grandchildren.

Debonnaire joined CarePlus in April 2018 as a proud and passionate Certified Medicine Technician (CMT) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA). Debonnaire comes on board with over 13 years of Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Assisted Living and Private Duty Experience. Debonnaire takes pride in her work, and selected as employee of the month several times and once an employee of the year, in different communities around Maryland and Georgia. Debonnaire has been volunteering as a Caregiver and Unit Secretary in a couple of hospitals, non-profit organizations, and her church throughout the State of Maryland. Debonnaire is a Flex-Care Coordinator at CarePlus’ Kentlands Manor location.
When asked what makes her most proud to work for CarePlus: “(big smile), the quality of care, compassion and love that the team shares with their employees and clients, and the flexibility in the schedule. I am glad to be part of this great family.”

Debonnaire graduated from Montgomery College with an Associates Degree of Arts. Debonnaire is a very active mother and just wants to concentrate on taking care of her family besides her work. She lives in Boyds, MD with her three children and her husband. Debonnaire enjoys singing, laughing and making others smile.
