Clinical Leadership
Led by Dr. Heather Najjar, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C, Chief Clinical Officer, our clinical team includes experienced RNs, LPNs, and CNAs who deliver reliable, compassionate care for residents with complex medical needs.
CarePlus is licensed at the highest level (Level 3) as a Residential Services Agency (RSA), allowing us to provide skilled nursing services. To note, all CarePlus caregivers are CarePlus employees.
