FAQ’s

How do I view my paystubs if I receive direct deposit?

Go to https://payrollnetwork.myisolved.com/ to view your paystubs and end of year tax statements (W2’s). Upon hire, you created a password for ISOLVED to complete your onboarding. This is the same password you use to log in. Your username is your email address.

Do I get paid for sick leave?

Yes! CarePlus follows the Montgomery County sick leave policy. You earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked.

Do I get mileage reimbursement?

Yes! When you transport your client in your own vehicle, you will get reimbursed for mileage. You will also get reimbursed if you are going from one shift directly to the next.

Does CarePlus have an employee referral program?

Yes! For every caregiver you refer, you will earn $200 once that caregiver works 80 hours!

How do I clock in and out from my shifts?

You can use the ClearCareGo Caregiver app on your cell phone or dial (888) 915-5837 from the client’s phone.

How to access the CarePlus Online Training Program:

To gain access to the training program, you must email Lindsey at Lindsey@careplusinc.com to request login information.

Once you receive login information, you will go to https://www.knowingmore.com/login/ to log in.
